Husband and Wife Week

Recently I saw a status on face book, which was a Husband and Wife Week.

Husband and Wife Week -- If your spouse is your best friend, who works hard for you, who has been with you through thick and thin, who loves you when you're at your worst, and whom you are PROUD to be married to, copy and paste this with the year you were married - 201_.

I kind of liked it. But, what do you think? Is it sufficient to give one week to this relationship? Actually these days and weeks are highly influenced by networking websites literature.

I think that each second of this universe is dedicated to this relationship. From the birth of this universe, all the creatures have celebrated it. The dawn of ADAM and EVE beautified this world with the feeling of this relationship in humans. And our CREATOR made this world in a highly organized way giving this world many relationships. Each relation has its meaning, but in this relation, we get our soul-mates, life-partners, friends, trustee, and a person who knows all negatives of you, all secrets of you, with whom you have a sense of intense and instinctive affinity.

This Husband and Wife relationship deserves enthusiasm for the whole life. So, Guys enjoy and celebrate each moment of your married life as a husband/wife till your death and always respect each other.

Generation of Random amino acid protein sequences using Python/Bio-python

This program is about how to generate protein sequences (random sequences of 100amino acid) and these sequences should be stored in a database type file. The sequence analysis gave the bioscience researches a new direction. This project works for generating new sequences of proteins. These sequences might already exist in nature and having similarity with any organism. Through this software new random sequences may be generated and saved to a file on user’s machine. Saving to file helps to compare different sequences as well as the complete information may be placed at the same place. The Protein generation part is a simple program which takes in user input for number of random Protein Sequences to generate and filename/file-path. Based on these user inputs random Protein sequences are generate of 100 amino acid residues of type IUPACProtein.
