Orchid roots |
Repotting is an interesting act for plant parents, just like pampering a baby. ❤❤
Everything was good and there were two bud twigs were growing on my orchids,
but one day one stopped growing. On checking, i observed it was root rot. So i
did some research for the right methods of Orchid repotting on internet and here
it is.
One month back I repotted my orchid due to root rot..it was totally my fault🤦♀️. I think that i overwatered it💦. Here is the whole process how I did it. 👆
I did some research on internet and took help from many insta plant parents.
🌱I separated its root and cleaned them and wiped off the water..
🌱I used COMPO SANA Orchid Soil with 8 Weeks Fertiliser and special pots with bigger holes for better aeration and water drainage.

🌱Now i water only when I feel the soil is dry.
Finally my plant is showing good signs and buds are growing.
What I learnt: Sometimes it is good to leave them alone 😄
