Sony Ericsson has launched a new Expreia series of handsets with delightful designs and affordable prices. Neo offers a unique and attractive package of this series with reasonable cost and features. Let’s check out what’s new here.
Xperia Neo is a smart phone with striking features. It has gotten a mixed look of Vivaz and Android. This is a phone which gives super-performances, with smooth productivity. Neo is not so hi-fi category mobile set but due to its durability and strength it might be a useful and long lasting friend of you. Neo has a thickness of 13mm (0.5-inch) along 125 gms. of weight. It has three main buttons on its front: home, menu and back buttons while keys for power, lock, volume and camera are preferred to keep on its side. Xperia Neo offers an 854 x 480 pixel; 16 M color touch screen with TFT. A slightly tough screen with the measurement of 3.7-inches, which diagonally has the aspect ratio of 16:9 turns it a little downside. But, Sony bravia engine and scratch resistant quality balance out all the negatives.
Neo offers a highly sensitive camera, which responses on just a touch on the key. It is quickly able to load the application and starts shooting in a while. Neo’s camera is an auto-focus 8 megapixel camera with a genius LED flash.  

Hardware and features
With an elegant plastic body, it provides a light weight feel. Due to its screen display and all it is easy to use by one hand. You will get 320 MB memory for storage with user friendly 512MB RAM. 8GB card is also available with this set. A mini USB port, HDMI port for the camera and Audio-jack are placed on top. Other loaded features are clock, alarm, language, and colors etc.
Without a compliant media playback phone set is incomplete. Neo has a good voice quality. It owns MP3 support with 3.5 audio-jacks. The presence of Radio is necessary, and it is coming in basic models, too, so I don’t think it’s a big deal here. It has games downloading and voice recording facilities. Xperia Neo is accessorized with the basic connectivity tools of Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, WAP and GPS. With the Operating system of Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) with a satisfactory quality, it is not the best Android performer at all.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo has its both sides, negative and positive, and they both overshadow each other. Over all, it is a marvelous phone with a lot of options and accessibilities.
